Initiating a Return

- Contact our Customer Support: Reach out to us via email at support@ducidecor.com. Our friendly customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packaging: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring it’s well-protected for the return shipment.
- Return Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label, you can download this and attach this label to your package.
Refund Process
We will process your refund once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition. Please note:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return Shipping Costs
Ducidecor.com will pay if the product is damaged or if the wrong product is delivered, but if the mistake is on the part of the customer, Ducidecor will not cover the charges, it will be the customer’s responsibility.
How long Return Takes
Please allow us 10 days to examine your products and send your refund money to your bank.
